When Setting Bluetooth on Windows, what should I do if “Driver is unavailable” is displayed in “Printers and Scanner”?

This is normal and please don’t worry, you just need to keep following the video and set it up correctly.

Can’t use USB printing on MAC OS？

Please download the 460BT driver for MAC OS from the USB flash drive or official website first.Then follow the video guidance to complete the setup of adding a printer.

Printing is too small or one side, what should I do?

The most likely reason is that label is not 4×6 inch format. Back to where you download the labels(eBay, Etsy etc.), change format from 8.5×11 inch to 4×6 inch, then download and print again.

What if the printer keeps printing blanks or I need to switch label paper?

Please set the right paper size on computer. Then, recalibrate the printer: Put in more than 5 labels, press and hold the Feed button, wait until it flashes twice and then release it. The printer will automatically calibrate and return the labels.

What should I do if I really finished setting up but can’t print?

Please provide screenshots of your settings and send them to our Amazon email, we will let the engineers solve the problem for you until you are satisfied.
