TIPS FOR QUICK USAGE

  1. The package comes with U-disk included instruction videos to help you to set up easily. Watch the videos before using.
  2. To ensure printing correctly, pls Feed labels and left a part of labels outside.
  3. Calibrate printer before printing:
  4. Feed labels
  5. Long press the feed button until you hear one beep then release your finger，paper will forward and back several times
  6. It will load two blank labels and finish calibration

  1. App needs access to location and storage.
  2. Download the APP (“Shipping Printer” from Google Player or App Store)
  3. Open the Bluetooth on your device
  4. Connect Bluetooth on APP

  1. Download “Shipping Printer” from App Store or Google Player as above
  2. Open the App, then Choose File, You can choose PDF or Photo(final printing is better to use PDF)
  3. Click Printer Icon at the top right
  4. You will see reminder of Connect Bluetooth
  5. Choose the Label Printer with PIN 0000
  6. Do the setting
  7. Print the PDF File.

  • Question: Print blank labels

Check the paint layer of the labels you loaded is up face. Ensure to paper calibrator by press the feeder button till see paper go and back several times.

  • Question: Labels print too light

You need to adjust the density on setting, go to “setting” >> ”device” >> ”printer & scanner” >> find the printer>> click “manage” >> adjust the density or darkness to higher. If it still doesn’t work, please require a replacement.

If you want to print via Bluetooth on your windows, please make sure connect the printer and PC through USB cord before install the driver in case of failing to install the printer. Download NEW App “Shipping Printer”APP first, and connect the printer with smartphone’s bluetooth, and then print on APP.
