Mac: Open your file with preview. Click print→select “show details

I’m printing blank labels?

1.Please make sure your labels are properly loaded. The printing side is facing up.

2.Ensure your labels are direct thermal labels.

3.It’s possible that the printer don’t recognize the label size correctly.Please calibrate the label in the printer.

How to calibrate the label by the printer?

Turn the power on of the printer,hold the feed button, until you see the red light flashes 3 times and release the feed button. printer will automatically eject paper, after the paper is successfully ejected, the machine will automatically calibrate.
